We manufacture nickel moulds for reborn dolls, which are dolls that imitate real babies.
The process consists of several steps. The artists provide us the reborn pieces to be reproduced. Then they will be copied in wax to create the rotomoulding mould in nickel, which is a process that reproduces even the smallest detail of the artist's original model. Finally, the mould is ready to be placed in the nickel bath. Once it comes out of the bath, it will be mechanised and ready to produce the pieces by the rotomoulding process.
